TDA programs are developed within the framework of five core values.
Transformation
Individuals and communities are transformed into ones with dignity and wholeness through social, economic, and physical change.
Fundraising
The means of development are demonstrated through partnering with the local TDA communities worldwide. TDA hold fundraising events, develop partnerships with corporate and community partners, and apply for aid or grants from philanthropists. Also, we undertake “Direct Marketing” fundraising. It includes email fundraising to request donations from established or recommended donors.
Sustainability
An on-going impact is realized through internationally, locally sustainable programs.
Empowerment
Development occurs to the extent leaders, and members at all levels are empowered to affect change.
Opportunity
Provide basic hygiene supplies, offer scholarships and school supplies to children who can’t afford schooling and exposure to technology.
